Our Contact Menu helps automate your internal procedures, guides end users to resources they need, and puts proper support channels at their fingertips. We'll cover deployment options ( Apple Remote Desktop, Casper, FileWave, LANrev, Munki, and of course Autopkg), review integrations ( Zendesk, RepairShopr, and other ticketing systems), and review how others have succeeded by adding Watchman Monitoring to their toolkit.

Since then, I took my one-person consultancy up to a full Apple Specialist reseller. Now, I build software that enables other IT Professionals to provide Proactive Support to their end users, and unify their support offering.
